7. Primary Contacts for Sponsors: Project Directors and Project Managers serve as primary contacts for clients during each project. They coordinate and direct cross-functional teams, anticipate and manage risks, and ensure project success.
8. International System Framework: Project Managers and Project Directors work within a global system framework designed to ensure consistent and reliable project operation regardless of the study location.
9. General Partner Support: Each sponsor/client is assigned a General Partner from ESTERN Medical’s senior management team. General Partners work closely with sponsor/client representatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction with clinical trial R&D deliverables and quality.
10. Executive Management Involvement: Executive management remains up to date with each project’s progress through a systematic internal reporting structure. They are available to clients throughout the project duration, providing a responsive approach to issue resolution.
