We’re proud to announce that Rodolfo Diaz has joined ESTERN Medical CRO as our Director of Business Development for our life sciences sector. In his new role, Mr. Diaz will be based in Boston, Massachusetts he will lead and execute growth of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device / MedTech’s, CRO’s and RWD/RWE strategies & partnerships for the life sciences business clinical R&D corporate pipeline of ESTERN.
Mr. Diaz has Biomedical Engineer Degree from the Ibero-American University (UIA) in Mexico and a Pre-Medical-Degree from The Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Mr. Diaz has more than 20+ years of experience in the Life Science, Pharma-Biotech, MedTech & Radiopharmaceutical industry, working for global companies such as Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Schering Ag Pharma & Medrad Inc. as a senior executive for the US & LATAM regions. Mr. Diaz had the opportunity to structure the first LATAM Medrad, Inc (a subsidiary of Bayer Radiology Pharma Solutions), from a proof of concept into materializing all product launches as well as strategic consolidation business development marketing teams.
For more than 20 years Mr. Diaz has had the opportunity in developing a strong business sense and a broad experience in the clinical acumen that allowed him to create a strong working management teams, focusing on high corporate profitability with full product lifecycle management, strong business partners relationships, clients and sponsors.
In his present and past professional responsibilities Mr. Diaz has been involved in multiples medical specialties such as Cardiac Disease, Central Neuronal System, Liver and kidney Disease, Radiology Imaging (MRI, MRA, CT), Cardiac and Peripheral Interventional Diagnostic, Nuclear Medicine Imaging, Picture Archiving & Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS) bringing that expertise and knowledge into ESTERN Medical Group.
